IPmart provides a Summary (the “Summary”) of and context information (the “Information”) for a patent, either issued or applied for.  The Summary and the Information are collectively known as a patent Record (the “Record”).  A visitor to IPmart is herein referred to as a “User”.

User information collected by IPmart is generally related to log-in data and activity within the site.  This includes, but is not necessarily limited to data related to Records of interest to, and accessed by the User.  It may also include the duration of a Record access.  Collected data is used to determine Records of interest and trends therein.  Data is only used for internal purposes.  Data is not sold or provided to parties outside of IPmart.

Data may be summarized in such a manner that no User may be identified.  Summarized data may be used for statistical purposes, to help improve IPmart services.

IPmart may collect information about Users that cannot be used to identify them directly. This information is gathered to help IPmart improve our website and our business practices. 

IPmart includes Third-Party Links in the Records. IPmart does not accept any responsibility or liability for the status of links or linked sites. IPmart recommends Users read the Privacy Statement and Disclaimer for each site before supplying any information. Other third-party sites may link to our site. IPmart has no control over these sites and likewise cannot assume any responsibility or liability.
